About The Position

The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling Bigbelly products and components on our production line. This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. You will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to learn multiple assembly stations and advance as your skills and qualifications grow.

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required
  • Ability to communicate effectively regarding safety, quality, and production
  • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to established work instructions and quality standards
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment
  • Follow production processes, drawings, instructions, and safety procedures
  • Learn and become qualified on multiple assembly stations
  • Inspect completed work to ensure products meet Bigbelly quality standards
  • Identify and communicate quality or production issues to your supervisor or team lead
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily production goals
  • Handle materials and components as needed throughout the assembly process
  • Follow all company safety, attendance, and workplace policies
  • Take pride in building a product that is shipped to customers around the world
