Acron Aviation designs, engineers, and manufactures certified avionics systems that support safety-critical flight operations across commercial and military aviation. Within Avionics, the Displays product line develops and sustains advanced cockpit display systems that provide pilots with the critical information needed to navigate, monitor aircraft systems, and make informed decisions in complex operating environments. Our portfolio includes primary flight displays, multi-function displays, engine indication and crew alerting systems (EICAS), mission displays, and integrated cockpit visualization solutions deployed across commercial, military, and rotorcraft platforms. This work is performed in highly regulated environments and demands deep expertise in avionics systems, hardware and software development, human factors engineering, certification, and safety-critical product design. We currently seek an Assembler who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and is developing toward full proficiency in the assembly of aerospace and avionics products. This position is part of the Acron Avionics Business Unit and will be located in Grand Rapids, MI. The role requires the selected candidate to work on site during assigned shift hours. The Entry-Level Assembler performs production work using established processes, builds proficiency across multiple assembly operations, identifies straightforward issues, and supports safe, compliant, high-quality, and on-time execution of the daily production plan.
