About The Position

Responsible for assembling and inspecting parts and subassemblies per customer and quality requirements while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Supports continuous improvement, teamwork, and company goals.

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing assembly experience
  • Previous experience using hand tools (i.e., hand tools, die cutter press, etc.)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to professionally and efficiently complete manufacturing tasks
  • Ability to work collectively with team members
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and part lists to gather materials and tools.
  • Assemble products and subassemblies following detailed instructions and quality standards.
  • Measure, calculate, and verify dimensions/tolerances using precision tools.
  • Report quality, process, or equipment issues to supervisors/engineering staff.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions.
  • Complete production logs, data entry, and maintain records in manual/computerized systems.
  • Maintain work area, inventory supplies, and ensure safe, organized operations.
  • Collaborate across shifts/departments, documenting issues and needs for continuity.
  • Provide training and support to co-workers; contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues, management, vendors, and customers.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality/regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
