Raytheon’s Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) seeks an experienced Manufacturing Assembler to support products in McKinney, TX on 1st shift. This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and other assemblers/testers.

Requirements

  • Typically requires High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations
  • Experience with assembly and/or manufacturing
  • Experience using hand tools
  • U.S. Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process.

Responsibilities

  • Bond with resins and adhesives using specified shop processes
  • Use various hand tools to remove parts from tool and/or debur sharp edges.
  • Assemble builds using provided work instructions, drawings, and engineering support.
