We train all of our employees from the ground up, so you do not need any specific type of experience to work here. Manufacturing work is helpful, but not necessary. You just need to be willing to learn and continue to make progress. Assemblers could do any number of jobs, including putting together small parts, basic soldering, packaging, etc. We work in small groups with a strong emphasis on safety. The ability to follow directions is a must. Unlike a lot of entry level jobs, we do not work nights or rotating shifts. Our company offers a regular 40 hour work schedule, which helps with work life balance. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package. Federal Law requires that to work here you must be a US citizen or a permanent resident with a Green Card.
