About The Position

Support the F-35 Assembly Tooling organization in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Track daily costs and administer Earned Value Management (EVM) activities. Maintain visibility charts and prepare weekly and monthly status reports. Close and document tool orders for PMC assembly tooling. Validate incoming materials against the Bill of Material (BOM). Develop and maintain internal tooling packages. Coordinate schedules with Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and other support organizations. Order, record, and monitor chemical usage while maintaining inventory within the NGC Chemical Tracking System. Perform tool control and accountability activities, including daily inventory, audits, property, and asset management. Support manufacturing and assembly tooling operations as needed. Perform technical administrative tasks including certification compliance, onboarding support, staff meetings, team engagement, Concur travel support, and safety focal responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 1+ year of related experience, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to work any shift.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to support project tracking, reporting, and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Cost Account Management (CAM) experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
