About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Manufactured Home Builder to join our Exteriors Department. This role involves working safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Requirements
- Construction experience specific to exterior applications: OSB, dormer framing, vinyl siding, window and door installation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexible to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Not afraid to get dirty and handle tools/equipment on a daily basis
- Ability to be trained and take direction
- Ability to work in a team with others
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Lafayette, TN 37083 before starting work

Responsibilities
