About The Position
GF Health Products, Inc.'s Basic American Medical Products facility is searching for a 2nd shift Manual Welder. This role involves making products in the USA for medical needs, with a 4-day work week and a 3-day weekend. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- Experience as a welder
- AWSB21 Standard Test
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders and follow instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
Responsibilities
- Welding by wire feed, arc-welding and cutting torch on a variety of materials.
- Perform a variety of finishing operations.
- Recommend fixture requirements and modifications.
- Perform other production related activities per work instructions.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
