About The Position

Abra Professional Services is seeking a Manual QA Tester to join its QA team. This role involves planning and executing manual tests for the organization's CRM system, performing testing on external interfaces and various systems, and accompanying development processes from requirements definition through delivery and production release. The Manual QA Tester will also be responsible for writing, maintaining, and managing test cases, reporting and tracking defects using the Monday system, and providing QA support to Champion and other subsidiaries within the Allied Group.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Manual QA Tester in a Client & Server environment.
  • Strong ability to investigate issues and understand complex business processes.
  • Experience testing mobile applications and Front-End components.
  • Experience testing enterprise-level CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience testing Web and Mobile systems
  • Familiarity with AS400
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of automated testing
