About The Position

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing new features, verifying bug fixes, and ensuring the quality of our web applications. You will perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. A key part of this role involves creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, analyzing requirements, and preparing test scenarios. You will also test REST APIs, verify data using SQL, and collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve issues. Your participation in refinement sessions and release testing will be crucial, as will your contribution to improving our testing processes and increasing test coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA.
• Experience testing web applications.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques.
• Experience creating test documentation from scratch.
• Experience working with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with browser DevTools.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with DB Testing (Postgres, MySQL).
• Experience with CI/CD products.
• Basic understanding of Git.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• English level sufficient for daily communication.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automation testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
• Linux experience.

Responsibilities

• Test new features and verify bug fixes.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation.
• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios before development is completed.
• Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman.
• Verify data using SQL.

• Help improve our testing processes and increase overall test coverage.
