MANUAL QA ENGINEER B2B: 60 - 80 PLN / hour START - 1 JULY TERM - 6 WEEKS (0,4 FTE) LOCATION: POLAND (REMOTE) We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work. However, it's important to note that the role emphasizes a stronger presence in the office to foster teamwork and effective communication.
Requirements
- Commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer
- Experience testing web applications and backend-driven systems
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test documentation
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger or similar tools)
- Ability to analyze logs and investigate system behavior
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills in cross-functional teams
- English for daily project communication
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fintech, banking, investment platforms, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and compliance workflows
- Experience testing RBAC (role-based access control) and security-sensitive systems
- Experience validating audit logs and regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with SQL and database verification
- Exposure to blockchain, wallets, or digital assets
- Basic understanding of test automation concepts
Responsibilities
- Analyzing business and functional requirements and translating them into test scenarios
- Designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and test plans
- Validating investor onboarding and identity verification flows
- Testing KYC/AML workflows and compliance-related functionalities
- Verifying role-based access control and authorization mechanisms
- Validating audit logging, traceability, and regulatory reporting features
- Performing API and integration testing across multiple systems and providers
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects throughout the SDLC
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and investigate issues
- Participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
- Supporting regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
