About The Position

Performs a wide variety of tasks to program, set up and operate a Manual Mills and/or Lathes. Measure and inspect all parts produced. Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations. Set up machinery for production runs. Ability to hold close tolerances. Ensure that the production parts meet specifications and verify their quality. Measure and inspect production parts. Follows lockout tag out procedures. Proceeds with minimal supervision. Perform other regular duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Quality System
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
Climb stairs and ladders
Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
Work in confined spaces when required
Operate heavy equipment and power tools
Perform repetitive movements
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Participate in regular safety training
Complete required safety certifications
Comply with all environmental regulations
