Responsibilities

Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow while coaching operators on best practices and ergonomics
Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues swiftly with appropriate escalation
Manage shift handovers, ensure training compliance, and champion continuous improvement efforts
