About The Position
Lead the implementation of Mantl digital account opening platform to enable seamless consumer and commercial deposit onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in digital banking and onboarding platforms.
- Proven Mantl implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail/commercial deposit operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure Mantl workflows for retail and commercial deposit account onboarding.
- Integrate Mantl with Fiserv DNA core and Alloy identity verification.
- Customize UX flows, document capture, and e-signature processes.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and disclosures.
- Optimize conversion rates and digital onboarding KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
