Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in Housekeeping in a similar Hotel Resort environment
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, residential areas, and assigned equipment
- Clean restrooms, ash urns, hall railings, stairwells, closet doors, and other assigned areas
- Vacuum halls, lobbies, and edges; mop and clean marble and tile floors
- Clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures, and related fixtures
- Empty trash and linen from Villas and assigned areas and transport to designated disposal or cleaning areas
- Deliver supplies and restock assigned lockers and pantries
- Deliver guest-requested items including refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, and cribs to guest rooms
- Follow quarterly mattress flipping procedures and other rotation standards as outlined
- Visually inspect the pool and surrounding areas
