About The Position

Capgemini is seeking an experienced and client-facing Managing Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Commercial Pharmaceutical and Specialty Drug Manufacturer ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving solution strategy, sales support, solution architecture, and business development initiatives across Data & Analytics engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data, specialty pharmacy channels, patient services ecosystems, data management platforms, and advanced analytics solutions. This individual will collaborate with clients, sales teams, delivery organizations, and technology partners to design and present innovative solutions that address complex business challenges within the Life Sciences sector.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations, Data Management, or Analytics Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Specialty Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Commercial Pharma Operations, Specialty Pharmacy Data, Patient Services Data, Market Access Programs, Prescription Data Ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Influence strategic Data & Analytics transformations for leading pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Lead solutioning and pre-sales activities for high-value pursuits.
  • Work with industry-leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, distributors, hubs, and healthcare data providers.
  • Shape Capgemini's Life Sciences Data and Analytics offerings.
  • Drive innovation leveraging AI, Advanced Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, and Cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with global teams and industry experts while expanding your leadership footprint in Life Sciences consulting.
  • Lead solution definition, architecture development, and client presentations for new business pursuits.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Executives, and Delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and value propositions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical manufacturers and commercial operations leaders.
  • Support RFI, RFP, and proposal responses by developing reusable assets and solution accelerators.
  • Assess client business requirements and design scalable Data & Analytics solutions.
  • Support architecture and implementation across Master Data Management (MDM), Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Business Intelligence, AI/ML and Advanced Analytics.
  • Establish technical roadmaps and architecture patterns that align with client objectives.
  • Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and compliance within highly regulated environments.
  • Develop and present industry insights, market trends, and innovation strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create white papers, frameworks, and point-of-view documents related to Life Sciences Data Management and Analytics.
  • Represent Capgemini at client workshops, industry forums, and strategic engagements.
