About The Position

Inflection Club is the co-investment arm of Decentralized Masters, a rapidly expanding financial education and investment ecosystem with over $100M in revenue in 3.5 years and 4,500 high-net-worth members globally. Inflection Club offers accredited investors, operators, and family offices curated access to private market opportunities from seed through growth stages, with a focus on AI, robotics, biotech, longevity, energy, and blockchain infrastructure. They operate deal-by-deal through SPVs, avoiding blind pools and lock-ups, and have provided access to notable companies like Anthropic and Kraken. The club is expanding its founding membership base.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in one or more of the following: principal or partner at a top-tier seed-to-growth VC fund, co-investment desk at a fund-of-funds, sovereign wealth fund, or family office, placement agent at a tier-1 firm, or active super-angel/syndicate lead with direct GP relationships.
• Ability to name 20+ partners or principals at seed-to-growth-stage VC funds who would respond to your communication within 24 hours.
• Experience receiving unsolicited co-invest opportunities from GPs in the last 90 days.
• Understanding of SPV mechanics, co-investment terms, and the economics of over-allocation at early and mid-stage rounds.
• Ability to articulate Inflection Club's unique value proposition to GPs.
• Cultural alignment with the Decentralized Masters ecosystem.
• Ability to move fast and operate without supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Direct relationships in AI, robotics, biotech/longevity, energy, or blockchain infrastructure.
• Prior experience at a club, syndicate, or family office co-invest vehicle.
• Familiarity with token allocation structures (SAFTs, SAFEs with token warrants, vesting schedules).
• Existing relationships with secondary platforms (Hiive, Forge, EquityZen, Caplight, Setter).
• Active presence in capital formation communities (ILPA, VC Platform Global, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Activate existing relationships with partners, principals, and co-invest desks at top-tier VC funds from seed through growth stage.
• Position Inflection Club as a preferred co-invest partner, highlighting its strengths such as the Decentralized Masters ecosystem, clean SPV structure, fast closing times, and accredited LP base.
• Surface 30–50 potential co-investment opportunities per quarter for the investment committee, with the goal of presenting 3–5 to members monthly.
• Negotiate access, allocation size, and information rights on behalf of the club.
• Build supplementary relationships with placement agents, secondary marketplaces, and founder networks.
• Represent Inflection Club at relevant industry events.
