About The Position
For this position, pay will be variable by location. As the Managing Partner, you'll have a lot on your plate; from leading the team to running a high volume restaurant. We're looking for leaders who treat their team members and managers with respect and professionalism and who demonstrate the highest standards of excellence. It's your responsibility to deliver superior results in all aspects of the business - sales growth, outstanding service, profitability, food quality, safety and sanitation, training and development and facilities management.
