Catalant is seeking a Managing Partner to join Catalantâs rapidly growing Private Equity GTM Team. Our value proposition as an alternative to traditional consulting continues to resonate with PE firms, Portfolio Operations Teams, Value Creation Teams and Portco Executives. As Catalant has grown and evolved, so has the size, scope and complexity of our consulting engagements. The Managing Partner will work with our Private Equity team to help take Catalant to the next level. The Managing Partner will partner with our Client Directors, Client Partners, and Associates to drive deeper client relationships, discuss and frame our clients strategic business challenges, guide a strategic and consultative selling process to a close, and articulate Catalantâs value proposition and capabilities. The Managing Partner will advise our Client Directors on their strategy and help elevate the skill set on the Client Directorâs team. This individual contributor role is ultimately responsible for driving revenue growth in Private Equity by positioning Catalant as a strategic alternative to traditional consulting models, competing directly with MBB, Big 4, and large advisory firms.
