We are seeking a Managing Mechanical Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team in our Mechanical Department. We offer full service in-house architecture/engineering design capabilities and typically work on a diverse array of projects including Higher Education, Municipal Facilities, Industrial, Design-build, Aviation and Healthcare. Responsibilities include working on all phases of projects such as client relationships, design, specifications, project team coordination, construction documents, code analysis and consultant interaction.

Requirements

10+ years of related mechanical/HVAC design and project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Comprehensive understanding of design and construction documents.
Proficiency in CADD & REVIT.
Knowledge of building codes.
Ability to succeed in small and large multi-disciplinary team environments.
Ability to set deadlines, assign resources, monitor/summarize project progress.
Good graphic, communications (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with ability to lead small and large project teams and multiple projects from concept to construction.
Higher Education and Healthcare experience
Experience working with both private and public clients

Nice To Haves

Professional licensure PE is preferred
