About The Position

Corporate Traveler USA is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Managing Director to lead the business into its next phase of growth. As the most senior leader within CT USA, you will have full accountability for business performance, including TTV growth, profitability, customer experience, and people leadership. This is a high impact executive leadership opportunity to shape strategy, drive execution, and develop high-performing teams across key US markets. You will play a critical role in both the Americas Executive Team and Global Corporate Traveler leadership community while influencing the future of the SME travel sector.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in a senior leadership role (eg. Regional General Manager, Area Leader, or equivalent)
  • Proven success leading a profitable, growth-oriented business
  • Demonstrated sales, operations, customer success, and people leadership experience
  • Proven executive leadership of large teams with full P&L accountability
  • Strong business acumen and financial management capability
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong people development and coaching experience
  • Proven sales capability and commercial mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and market
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead autonomously and collaboratively
  • Ability to drive innovation and think strategically

Responsibilities

  • Own the CT USA P&L and grow and retain TTV across each region
  • Set the vision, strategy, and goals that deliver sustained business growth
  • Drive growth in key USA markets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive agent productivity
  • Develop plans to increase profitability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
  • Improve financial systems and best practices; ensure financial discipline and accurate forecasting
  • Work with all teams to ensure productivity is a priority
  • Ensure premium, timely delivery of services to customers
  • Operationalize all products and manage team workload to meet goals and deadlines
  • Identify areas for improvement and set plans to drive business improvement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to RGMs, Area Leaders, and Support teams
  • Develop RGMs and Area Leaders and build the pipeline of future leaders
  • Work closely with teams to ensure new initiatives are communicated and implemented effectively
  • Set, role-model, and drive a culture of performance and customer experience across operations
  • Represent the USA as a key stakeholder on the Global Corporate Traveler Management Team
  • Act as a key member of the Americas Corporate Team and the Americas Executive Team
  • Represent the business in key industry forums
