This will be achieved by leading a high-performing sales and retail marketing team focused on building long-term customer partnerships through a disciplined sales process, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction and patient outcomes. The Managing Director will lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Representatives within a specified geography, cultivating talent through performance management activities such as coaching, feedback, and employee development plans, while driving accountability to achieve sales objectives. This role also involves executing regional business strategy in alignment with national commercial sales objectives.
