This role is responsible for leading, supervising, and evaluating the performance of secondary principals, coordinators, and employees to ensure effectiveness. It also involves building the instructional leadership capacity of principals, establishing expectations and accountability standards, and monitoring various educational processes. The position requires planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs, monitoring student achievement data, and maintaining currency in curriculum practices. The Managing Director will also demonstrate skill in conflict resolution, create a culture of inquiry, visit schools regularly, organize districtwide programs, manage budgets and personnel, and collaborate with various entities to improve student outcomes. The role also involves representing the district at events and functions.
