We are a dynamic, mission-driven organization experiencing rapid growth and expansion. NYCP is a poverty-fighting organization that reduces hunger and promotes dignity, health, and self-sufficiency by using a holistic approach to reach over 122,000 distinct people -- over 729,000 visitors each year. We are searching for a professional with a proven track record in major gifts, eager to apply their expertise in cultivating and strategically expanding our major gifts program and pipeline. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to innovation and teamwork, which are crucial as they will lead and mentor the fundraising team. The role is designed for someone who is organized and skilled in balancing long-term strategic planning with immediate operational demands, demonstrating an ability to effectively navigate the organization's needs, abilities, and resources.
