The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to increase postsecondary credentials and workforce success for Tarrant County students. Currently, only 39% of adults have an associate degree or higher, despite 65% of jobs requiring post-secondary education. T3 provides resources, financial assistance, and opportunities to students and families, equipping them for successful careers. Through collaboration with various organizations, we strive for inclusive pathways to education. POSITION OVERVIEW The Managing Director of Finance is responsible for managing the organization’s Finance Operations This role manages the Finance department and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with grant and funder requirements, and sound fiscal management practices. In addition to financial oversight, the position provides leadership and strategic supervision for T3’s Technology department. This includes managing the Director of Technology and a small team responsible for information systems, technology infrastructure, data integration, and platform innovation. Technological experience is not required; however, the role ensures that technology solutions align with the organization’s operational efficiency and risk management. Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM ( Min. 3 Days a week onsite; occasional evenings and weekends as needed.)
