The Managing Director, Marketing and Communications is responsible for driving membership growth, revenue generation, and brand excellence across the their premiere clubs. This role leads the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that support membership acquisition, retention, engagement, and referrals while maximizing returns on marketing investment. In addition to membership growth, the Managing Director, Marketing and Communications is accountable for increasing revenue across key business lines, including medical and sport medicine clinics, wellness services, dining operations, events, and other ancillary Club offerings. Working closely with the Executive Team, Sales Directors, and Club leadership, this role serves as a strategic advisor on brand positioning, market differentiation, customer experience, and growth opportunities. The Director of Marketing will lead a high-performing marketing and communications team, foster strong external partnerships, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver measurable business results.
