Manage the investment banking client business for the respective sector. This role involves leading the investment banking team within a specific industry sector, identifying market trends and opportunities, and driving new business development. The position requires identifying and prioritizing potential clients, developing and delivering pitches, and marketing at industry events. A key aspect is building and maintaining relationships with client management teams, boards of directors, and other stakeholders. The Managing Director will lead M&A engagements, public offerings, and private placements, providing expertise in structuring, marketing, and negotiating transactions. Leadership and mentorship of junior investment banking staff are also crucial, as is the identification, assessment, and monitoring of applicable risks in accordance with the Firm’s risk management policies.
