A nationally recognized, high-growth advisory firm is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand its Healthcare Advisory practice. This is a strategic leadership role with significant visibility and impact, responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and shaping the direction of the practice nationally. This opportunity is ideal for a senior leader who combines deep technical expertise, strong business development skills, and a passion for building and mentoring teams.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or professional services
Strong healthcare industry experience (provider, payer, life sciences, or related sectors)
Proven track record of business development and revenue generation
Experience building and managing client relationships at the executive level
demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams or practice areas
CPA required

Responsibilities

Lead the national growth strategy for the healthcare advisory practice, including revenue generation and market expansion
Build, develop, and maintain C-suite level client relationships within the healthcare sector
Drive business development efforts, including originating and closing new engagements
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex accounting, financial, and operational matters
Lead and deliver high-impact client engagements across accounting advisory and business consulting
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and growth
Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions to clients
Represent the firm through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry presence
