Requirements
- VP + Above at a Defense or Space Manufacturer (flexible on department, targeting Finance / Operations).
- Operators who have Defense or Space companies as their customers.
- Principal + Above at a Defense / Space capital partner (equity and/or debt) with origination / check writing responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the opening, development, and nurturing of relationships with the CFOs, CEOs, and COOs of our target customer (Defense and Space companies).
- Define goals and scope for the role.
- Execute against defined goals and scope.
- Own goal setting and alignment.
- Construct spend plans within budget guardrails.
- Execute quarter-over-quarter.
