About The Position

Own enterprise data products across Capital Markets. This role is part of RBC Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution and is responsible for delivering trusted, governed, AI-ready data capabilities. The Data Product Lead will define strategy, lead execution, partner across business and technology, and deliver measurable business value through modern data capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant Capital Markets experience.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
• Deep Capital Markets domain expertise.
• Proven leadership in enterprise data strategy, governance or engineering.
