Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years’ experience selling Fund Administration services.
  • Proven ability to leverage an existing network of relevant key relationships, decision makers and influencers.
  • Strong knowledge of the Private Equity, Private Credit and Private Real Estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Fund Operations.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and self-motivation.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Experience with Salesforce as a sales tool.
  • Ability to work both individually and within a group structure.
  • Able to assist creation and execution of targeted outreach efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Gen II’s U.S.-based efforts focused on supporting North American managers as they explore European fundraising and operational activities.
  • Partner closely with colleagues across the U.S. and Europe to deepen existing relationships and support growth initiatives, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to its transatlantic client proposition.
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with industry centers of influence, including audit, tax and legal advisory firms, consultants, limited partners, investment bankers and other advisors – particularly those based in the USA with strong European nexus’s
  • Attend industry networking events and conferences which are weighted to transatlantic activities
  • Keep track of new European industry, legal and fiscal developments, anticipate changes in the target market’s needs and translate this into opportunities for the firm.
