About The Position
This is a lead dentist role responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a patient-centric dental team. The Managing Clinical Director conducts comprehensive exams, diagnoses dental conditions, discusses treatment options and plans, and provides high-quality clinical treatments. The role also involves mentoring and coaching dentists and dental professionals, maintaining clinical standards, and working with the Operations team toward financial objectives. Aspen Dental provides administrative and business support so the dentist can focus on patient care. The position is full-time, with a stated annual salary range of $300,000–$450,000. Location-specific offers include a $60,000 signing incentive, a $20,000 minimum monthly guarantee for one year, relocation stipend availability, strong profit-sharing compensation, and sponsored extraction and surgical implant training.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to dental practice ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental professional team.
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
