About The Position

Next STEPS Worldwide is redefining outpatient care across Texas and is looking for a passionate Managing Clinical Director (Licensed Psychologist) - Bilingual (Spanish) to lead their team in Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to blend clinical excellence with strategic leadership in a collaborative, client-centered environment. The Managing Clinical Director will oversee daily clinic operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. This role also involves working closely with corporate leadership and serving as the face of the clinic within the community.

Requirements

Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak
Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Responsibilities
