RSM's Finance Performance Solutions team within the Management Consulting practice provides strategy, advisory services, and hands-on assistance to improve the overall effectiveness of the finance function. We are looking for a Manager to join our team and work with businesses in diverse industries while managing teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and in line with client expectations. You will work on numerous projects per year, managing several pieces of assignments, not just one small part, and you will feel a great sense of accomplishment when you are done. You will also work in a mutually respectful team environment which will help you perform at your best and advance your career and professional capabilities. This role is an in-market leadership and delivery role: Identifying, growing and developing opportunities, accounts and relationships in the Toronto market alongside Management Consulting leadership. Bringing the full strength of the firm across Consulting (e.g. Risk, Actuarial etc.) as well as across our other Lines of Business (i.e. Audit & Tax) to drive growth within the Toronto market Support with the development and growth of a delivery team within Finance Performance in Toronto (and across other Management Consulting – e.g. Technology Advisory, Human Capital Advisory, Program & Project Management etc.) focused on serving clients Being ‘hands-on’ and delivering on client engagements alongside our Finance Performance and Management Consulting teams Having a secondary focus on our broader North American market alongside our North American teams – this includes having a secondary focus on North American growth through various channels as well as delivery on North American projects
