Overseeing people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow.
Developing a strong shop culture.
Ensuring efficient operations.
Maintaining exceptional service standards.
Assessing, setting, and achieving sales and service goals for the location.
Working directly with customers to ensure their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally.
Stepping into a service tech role when needed or in emergency-type situations.
Responding energetically and promptly to every customer, in person or on the phone.
