About The Position
Manages all activities of the casual dining outlets and in room dining that contribute to 100% guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- College degree, two-year culinary degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Two year’s work experience in full service or high-volume restaurant.
- Basic knowledge in all phases of restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication and management skills
- Excellent planning and public relation skills
- NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Assists with designing creative menus with consolidation to cost, quality and presentation
- Demonstrate excellent customer relation skills and ability to market the outlet
- Maintain staffing levels and schedules to ensure a cost efficient, productive environment
- Participates in the financial operating and capital planning process and makes recommendations that achieve desired financial results
- Analyze and understand market research as it applies to the Food & Beverage operation
- Requisition all supplies for the outlets
- Ensure adherence to all Board of Health standards
- Endorses the business and service objectives, ethics and values of the company
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency of operation and the highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all guest complaints are handled in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy
