About The Position

The Manager position at Dairy Queen requires an individual to perform essential duties with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity. The role also includes responsibilities related to product handling, such as pricing, dating, wrapping, and bagging, as well as recognizing product quality and merchandising displays. Maintaining attractive displays, controlling product quality and costs to maximize sales and profits, and minimizing losses are key. Additionally, possessing knowledge of bakery items, descriptions, and ingredients is necessary to effectively serve guests and answer their questions.
