Requirements

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, which includes working side by side with staff, analyzing sales numbers, ordering supplies, and maintaining communication with corporate offices.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, creating work schedules, and delegating job duties to ensure efficient operation. Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance to maintain high service standards.
• Ensuring superior customer service is a critical part of the role. Resolving customer issues and ensuring that all associates provide excellent care to guests.
• Monitoring the restaurant's financial performance, including managing labor costs and achieving operational goals.
• Enforcing company policies to maintain proper health and employee safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
