About the Cafe Manager position: As a Cafe Manager at Panera, you are key to the success of your bakery-cafe. You handle a wide range of responsibilities, all to ensure that both customers and associates have a great experience. Our Managers ensure that every shift is a great one—by developing our people, managing team performance, and building the warm, inclusive, authentic Panera team culture. As part of your bakery-cafe’s management team, you report directly to the General Manager or District manager. Around here, every day starts with a fresh batch of bread and a thousand possibilities. Requirements

Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to run great shifts
3+ year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred
Food Safety Manager ServSafe certification (or able to pass)
At least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
