About The Position

The Workforce Transformation team leads high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive organizational transformation, strengthen organization design, and advance workforce effectiveness. Through strategic workforce planning, data-driven insights, and a focus on emerging trends such as AI and evolving workforce models, the team ensures the organization is equipped with the right capabilities, structures, and talent strategies to meet future business demands. The Manager, Workforce Transformation plays a key part in advancing high-impact, enterprise-wide projects — including organization design, strategic workforce planning, and operating model evolution — helping position the organization to meet future workforce demands. With a strong focus on research and synthesis, this role develops insights and prepares executive-ready materials to inform decision-making, while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to support the delivery of programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, HR strategy, management consulting, project management, or a related field
  • Strategic mindset, able to understand all elements of a global HR function, key metrics and how business objectives are translated into workforce implications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop clear and compelling materials.
  • Excellent and demonstrated MS PowerPoint skills, including an understanding of presentation process (storyboard to finished product).
  • Writing skills include an ability to translate content into laymen terms consumable by senior executive readers (C-suite, Board of Directors).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent and demonstrated MS Excel skills in the context of financial management, including the corresponding ability to visualize, interpret and report results.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in Future of Work areas such as skills, AI augmentation, strategic workforce planning.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Strategic Workforce Planning would be considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of workforce transformation initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning activities, including data analysis, scenario modeling, and insight generation
  • Assist in organization design and job architecture efforts, including role redesign and workforce structuring
  • Project Management – oversee and execute on various projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner. Monitor and report on timelines and progress, highlighting impediments as needed
  • External research – remain current of external trends in the Future of Work, Gen AI Transformation areas by connecting with colleagues, reviewing published thought leadership, and engaging with external partners where required, to identify emerging best practices in support of strategic initiatives
  • Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and support implementation of initiatives
  • Develop presentations, reports, and executive-ready materials to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Leverage workforce data and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
