The Manager, Workforce Transformation plays a key part in advancing high-impact, enterprise-wide projects — including organization design, strategic workforce planning, and operating model evolution — helping position the organization to meet future workforce demands. With a strong focus on research and synthesis, this role develops insights and prepares executive-ready materials to inform decision-making, while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to support the delivery of programs and initiatives.
