Reporting to the AVP, Workday & HR Platforms, the Chapter Manager, Workday, is responsible for supporting the performance and results of the Workday Systems team. This role provides day-to-day support on the delivery of Workday configurations, system support, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor support. The Manager will support a high-performing Workday team to create new functionality and enhancements that will affect the entire organization. This position acts as a Workday subject matter expert for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and security modules, with hands-on knowledge of Core HCM, Security & Benefits, and working knowledge in other Workday modules such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, learning, talent, time tracking, and absence management. The role involves leading a dynamic team of Workday system configuration professionals, partnering with functional teams to review business requirements, recommend process improvements, and deploy system enhancements. It also includes leading the team in the maintenance and enhancements of various Workday configurations, managing different types and levels of testing, and collaborating with technical partners to resolve integration issues. The Manager will lead and support the successful execution of Workday’s semi-annual releases, streamline processes, maintain CTC’s Workday security framework, and support audit requirements.
