We are seeking a Workday HCM Technology Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, TX. The Workday HCM Technology Manager is a hands-on Workday professional that serves as the primary owner of the Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM modules in addition to general support of the platform. You’ll serve as a critical technical partner and stakeholder liaison – bridging the gap between systems capabilities and the needs of the Human Resources Department. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who excels in a fun, fast-paced team environment. This position offers one day a week work from home “WFH”.

Requirements

4+ years of Workday Human Resource (HR) experience required
Experience with Paradox is a plus
Experience partnering with key business executives and stakeholders and vendors
Experience conferring with technical and functional experts at all levels of the enterprise in a continuous improvement environment
Experience in best practices configuring business process steps such as Action, Approval, Approval Chain, Checklist and creating appropriate Workday security roles
Ability to build and modify custom Workday reports and calculated fields
Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and troubleshooting EIBs and Workday integrations
Ability to independently interact and collaborate with all levels of personnel
Experience in Change Management to ensure successful, and organized deployment and adoption
Ability to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential information
Experience improving usability and user experience (UX) in Workday
Experience in ITIL and customer service principles a plus

Responsibilities

Provide business and technical analysis for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other modules.
Lead collaborative efforts with various business partners, stakeholders, and external partner resources to plan, design, and implement new and improved business solutions.
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer for activities with CEC staff across HR functional areas.
Engage in the Workday community to create, prioritize, and manage feature requests on the Workday Roadmap.
Review, test, and communicate new features and enhancements in the bi-annual Workday Releases.
Perform and/or attend training, create documentation, and support implementation of new Workday modules as selected by the CEC Workday Steering Committee.
Effectively prioritize, escalate, and troubleshoot production Workday issues with emphasis on root cause analysis and its resolution.
Develop and deliver reporting to leadership of the different support areas.
Conduct system audits and maintain data quality.
Manage testing strategies for releases and system changes.
