About The Position

BCI is looking for a collaborative and technically grounded finance technology leader to join our Finance Business Solutions team as Manager, Workday Finance Solutions. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of finance, technology, and people — where your ability to translate complex business needs into platform solutions will directly shape how BCI plans, reports, and operates. If you bring deep Workday FINS or Adaptive Planning operational experience, a consultative mindset, and a genuine passion for building digital confidence in the teams around you, we'd love to connect.
