In this role, you will lead and manage a team of engineers and technical program managers, balancing business needs with technical constraints to steer the support strategy for our most strategic airline partners. You will oversee day-to-day technical support and project execution from early piloting to wide-scale deployment. Gaining a deep understanding of our advanced travel products, you will direct implementation reviews, architect innovative solutions, and refine the partner support roadmap. Additionally, you will lead customer integrations and technical projects—including coding and platform integration—while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to enhance product capabilities and deliver an excellent partner experience. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
