The Manager, Wellbeing Programs is responsible for developing and executing strategies and plans to achieve employer and employee health and wellbeing goals. This involves promoting HMSA and ancillary products through various media, collaborating with account teams to create strategic plans for employer groups, and developing and reviewing processes for health and wellbeing solutions. The role also includes managing direct reports, coaching staff, training customer-facing personnel, and providing expertise in health and wellbeing improvement. Additionally, the manager will foster collaborative relationships with internal departments and external partners to create meaningful programs and ensure continuous improvement of HMSA offerings to enhance employee engagement.
