The carnival.com Content team is seeking a Manager, Web Content. This dynamic team drives the content strategy, design, development and implementation of product content for carnival.com — from new ship/experience launches to marketing campaigns, major interface redesigns to daily updates. We seek to inspire and educate site visitors throughout their online research and shopping journey, while providing the best possible user experience. The Manager, Web Content oversees the day-to-day content operations for carnival.com, focused on non-booked guests, throughout the entire content lifecycle — including development, CMS implementation, maintenance, optimization, and governance. This role also contributes to the strategic planning of the carnival.com content plan and provides leadership to the Web Content team. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Ship Building, Guest Operations, Revenue Management, Fleet Deployment, Guest Care, etc.) to develop content plans; internal partners (Creative Services, UX/UI, DevOps, ADA, SEO) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to design and develop content following best practices; and the Web Content team to execute. The Manager, Web Content ensures digital content quality, consistency, relevancy, and compliance, with the goal of improving the user experience on carnival.com while meeting established business objectives.
