About The Position

As a Warehouse Manager at Hilldrup, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. As a Warehouse Manager at Hilldrup, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, overseeing inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. You will ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Your role is critical to keeping our warehouse organized and ensuring our customers receive their goods on time. You will lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate staffing, oversee equipment use, and implement best practices to optimize workflow, while monitoring safety and compliance with federal and state regulations. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to plan, schedule, and execute the movement of goods. You will use warehouse management systems and other tools to maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements. You will also drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall warehouse performance. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and best practices in materials handling.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and carriers for seamless transportation and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Plan and allocate warehouse resources, including staffing, equipment, and storage space.
  • Oversee shipping documentation, packaging, and labeling to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Manage workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals and deadlines.
  • Resolve operational problems or conflicts, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and facilities.
