Manager, Warehouse

Genumark Promotional MeToronto, ON
CA$0 - CA$70,000Onsite

About The Position

Genumark is looking for an experienced and people-driven leader to join our growing team as a Warehouse Manager based out of our Toronto headquarters. Our warehouse is the operational heartbeat of Genumark – high volumes of branded merchandise move in and out daily to support major accounts whose brands are part of everyday life. As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of full-time and temporary associates, ensuring our fulfillment, inventory, kitting, receiving, and shipping operations run accurately and efficiently. This is both a hands-on floor leadership role and a systems-informed one. You will play a central part in the ongoing optimization of our warehouse technology stack (SkuVault, ShipStation, and Zoho ERP) helping shape how we scale our operations. You bring the discipline to hold the team accountable, the technical curiosity to drive process improvement, and the judgment to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a meaningful degree of physical activity: lifting up to 40 lbs unassisted, standing for extended periods, and working in various physical positions throughout the shift. Additionally, this role is based at our Head Office (Gordon Baker Road) and requires working on-site daily.
