About The Position

As Manager (m/f/d) Value Creation in our Pharma Liquid (PHL) business unit, you play an active role in the company's success by realizing our value creation plan in close collaboration with the business unit leadership and the Executive Committee (ExCo). Unlike traditional advisory roles, you will own the execution and see the tangible impact of your work, from strategy design to on-the-ground implementation across our global sites. You are responsible for the execution of selected strategic initiatives, partner directly with our global production sites, and translate strategy into action while diving into the entire value chain of our business. You support the Director Value Creation & Strategy PHL and the leadership team of the Pharma Liquid business unit in executing a portfolio of strategic initiatives and in continuously improving our strategy execution framework. You contribute to the strategic steering of our business unit PHL by preparing leadership offsites and ensuring the execution of follow-up actions across our entities. In addition, you work closely with the Director Value Creation & Strategy PHL in managing additional projects commissioned by the ExCo and in handling requests from the private equity investor.

Requirements

Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
More than 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the execution of follow-up actions across entities.
Managing additional projects commissioned by the ExCo.
Handling requests from the private equity investor.
