About The Position

This is a senior level role covering the entire US, with a preference for candidates located in US EST due to team collaboration with Europe. The role will be based in an office, with options in NJ, MD, NH, TX, CA, or OR. The position involves supporting a period of significant transformation and organizational change within the Benefits activities. The ideal candidate will independently manage Benefits workstreams and complex transition-related activities, partnering with various internal teams and external vendors. Key projects include harmonizing Mergers/Acquisitions/Divestitures, Open Enrollment, managing relationships with 25 Benefits Vendors, and preparing communications. Experience with Workday HCM or any enterprise-level HCM is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee benefit transitions, vendor implementation, data validation and employee communications.
  • Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies and key deliverables, proactively driving actions through to completion.
  • Support US Benefits transformation initiatives, including retirement / 401(k) implementation and transition activities.
  • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, business/project teams, brokers and benefit vendors.
  • Prepare concise status updates, identify risks and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
  • Independently manage Benefits workstreams arising from business transformation, organizational changes, workforce transitions and other complex projects.
  • Provide hands-on support across the broader US Benefits portfolio as priorities require.
